For our people it is imperative that we anticipate risk and design creative management solutions for our workforce.

Red Rock is committed to workplace health and safety innovation, continually enhancing our safety management platform and setting the benchmark for proactive efficient and effective assessment and response to safety risk.

Red Rock utilises the Safety Navigator management system. Safety Navigator is an online platform that allows us to manage not only safety, but also our performance, injuries, IR, HR and Quality.

All employees are provided with a unique log on for the system and they must first complete a Generic Safety Induction as part of Red Rock's onboarding process. Once this is successfully completed our employees have access to electronic forms such as Hazard ID forms and Incident reporting forms along with access to all company policies and procedures.

Our Safety Navigator system also allows us to create and provide SWMS if required to assist our clients. We also have the ability to upload client specific inductions and have our employees complete these on behalf of our clients, the successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Completion that is stored in their online file and can be emailed to the client for their records.
